Lesa O'Leary

G’day there, My name is Lesa and I’m the Owner and Director of Holistic Health & Safety Partners (HHSP). I am a wife, mother of 4 adults and grandmother of 2 princesses. My idea behind setting up HHSP is very simple – I want to help you, keep being amazing. The aim is to take some of the stress off you by doing whatever I can to help you function at your best.
Growing up around and working in many blue collar Industries especially the Transport Industry, with my family owning a freight company, I understand the pressures, timelines, deadlines and regulations, of these Industries and the toll that it can take on all involved.
The physical, mental and financial pressure that many experience can have a huge impact. However being a nurse I also understand the importance of looking after yourself and that early intervention is the best kind of routine maintenance..

  • Certificate IV in Nursing
  • Certificate IV in Mental Health
  • Certificate IV in Work, Health and Safety
  • Diploma in Leadership and Management – ongoing
  • Return to Work Coordinator training
